GAME CHANGERS
The Game Changers book is cloth bound, with gold vinyl lettering on the cover. The inside pages are printed on cartridge paper, with interactive folded card on the Timeline spread. Each author page features hand-stencilled gold leaf lettering for the first letter of each author’s name. The entire book is ribbon bound by hand.
This book aims to reflect on the works of female authors from the past and how they impacted contemporary style. As the content is focused on mixing historical figures and contemporary values, a recurrent theme throughout is the blending of new and old styles. This can be seen in the overlapping colour treatments on images and the playful adjustments of the tracking on the titles. Traditional styles are still heavily present throughout the book as well, with the cover being entirely cloth bound and the use of gold ribbon to bind all the pages.
